Khoé Jewellery was born out of a dream to make fine jewellery affordable. The founder was a well-experienced jeweller who had been running a high jewellery business for over a decade. Thanks to her extensive network and experiences, she could offer a wide range of high-quality jewellery pieces at very competitive prices. As a start-up passion project, her pain point was a lack of brand awareness and the right team to work with. After all, she got her own main business to handle on a daily basis.

Dear Karma was on board as an overall marketing consultant and built a team with experienced individual consultants from different expertises, ranging from art director, content creator, web developer and ad specialists. In this case, the business could save overhead costs and still be able to cater different eCommerce needs in a flexible manner.
